Typical of the services that we provide are the administrative services of a volunteer / non-profit association.  Today, people want to belong to a group, but don't have the time to devote toward management of the members.  People are just too busy to volunteer.  Dues invoices are mailed late and membership services are often late as well.  What does the membership get for its membership dues?    Outsourcing is the answer!

We built a system to make that happen.

It starts with a new web design that includes a back end database for membership.  Members in good standing are presented in an online Member's Directory.  Billing for Dues is also done from our database.  We take over the entire process of adding members to the association, entering their application, sending them a Members Certificate, adding them to a news group, and providing the board with reports so that they could do what they do best.  Rather than take care of membership services, you take care of the professional goals of the association.  It's working!  Members login and update their own listing, view the financials, association news and more from their Member's Services tab. 

Hideaway Harbor Homeowner's Association
A private subdivision, Hideaway Harbor Homeowners pay dues to maintain their own streets, utility lights and a private gate.  We've taken over the accounts receivables and payables for the association to streamline their services in a professional business approach.  As part of the services were are providing, homeowners can login to their dues accounts online and see their account status, member news and more.

Mississippi Professional Investigators Association
We're Providing website and Database Management services to the Mississippi Professional Investigators Association on a consultant level to assist them in the rebirth of their association.   Don't be mis-informed - the Mississippi Private Investigators Association is a tradename of the Mississippi Professional Investigators Association.  ONE ASSOCIATION - two names!
