About Us
 Creative Cyber Innovations is a trade name under which services are provided by Steve Divine, based upon a contract agreement.  The services that we provide are the product of personal experiences, calling upon the skills of having been where you might find yourself today. 

A Louisiana Commissioned Notary Public, I am available for Mobile Notary Services in the Northwest Louisiana area, primarily providing services in Bossier, Caddo and Desoto Parishes. I can come to you when needed and regularly work for title companies and individuals,  handling a multitude of documents for business and personal needs.  I offer services that your average Notary may not offer, but  do not provide legal advice. 

My database work and the association management services that I am providing came about in response to a desire to build a better file system that could be assessed and updated from any where. 

Employed as a manager and tasked with the job of recruitment and management of volunteers and contract representatives across a large geographical area, I recognized that the old index system of recording contacts wasn't working for me.  What I needed was a way to store contact data of prospects and access and update them quickly.  A database was built to solve that problem.   But soon, we realized that the wonderful database that we had at the office didn't serve us very well on the road when we were away from the office.

The answer, we reasoned was to build an online solution, where the data would be available on the internet in real time, having the ability to access and update it from any  internet location would be even better, we reasoned.  It was a large task to conceive and develop such a concept.  But it worked!

Marketing requires you have access to past sales contact information so that you can respond to questions, follow up on the lead and document for the future what the prospect tells you today so that you can sell tomorrow.  We developed that concept in our database design.  Since then, we've put that concept to work in other applications, building interactive websites in a wide range of industries.

Non-Profit and Membership Management came about when a client hired me to build a database for their membership website and then realized that they could not count on their volunteer base to property keep it updated.  Having been involved with Non-Profits, we discovered that most non-profit business associations rely upon volunteers to do the day to day work of billing their members for dues payments, sending membership certificates and responding to the "business" of the association.  A problem develops when volunteers are tasked with more than they are willing or able to do, and the Association suffers because volunteer work is often pushed aside.  I am offering a membership management service that solves that problem.

Through a partnership agreement with various professionals, we're also developing an online course for Louisiana Private Investigators to receive required continuing education hours to maintain their license status and are working with others to develop programs that can be offered through the moodle platform on our website.
